Questions, answered plainly
What happens after the 14 days?
Add a payment method at any point during the trial to continue after day 14. Without a payment method, your workspace becomes read-only at day 14. Your data is preserved for 30 days so you can reactivate.
Do my staff need accounts or an app?
No — that's the whole point. They get a link by text or email, tap their availability, done. No install, no password.
Can I cancel?
One click, from your billing page. No phone call, no retention flow. Your schedules stay exportable.
What counts as an “employee”?
Anyone you schedule. If they're on the roster for a week, they count toward the plan limit; former staff you've archived don't.
Do you do payroll, time clocks, or HR?
No. On purpose. Schedule's Up builds the week's schedule and gets it to your people — that's the entire product.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon. Add your shifts, send the links, publish. There's no onboarding project because there's nothing to onboard.
