Privacy Policy

Schedule's Up is a staff-scheduling tool operated by Forged Cortex LLC (“Schedule's Up,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Schedule's Up you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Manager account data: your name, email, password (stored only as a hash), and business details you provide.
- Staff data your business adds: employee name and, optionally, mobile number and/or email, along with roles, hour limits, and the availability they submit.
- Usage and diagnostic data: basic logs, anonymous first-party web measurements, and error/performance diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Analytics and advertising
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and product-funnel activity. Vercel records anonymous page views and limited custom events without cookies. We do not currently run Google Analytics, advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel, or Meta Conversions API.
We separately retain a first-party record of campaign labels and the landing page that brought you to our site so a signup can be attributed to its source. The browser record expires after 30 days; if you create an account, we retain the attribution with that account. Current records exclude advertising click IDs, visitor identifiers, and contact information. Historical signups that previously consented to Google Analytics may retain a Google client ID and session ID with their attribution record; we no longer collect or export those identifiers. We do not use this record for targeted advertising.
We use Sentry for error and limited performance monitoring. Sentry is configured not to send default personal information. This operational monitoring helps us diagnose failures and protect the service.
How we use information
We use account and staff information to provide the service: building schedules and sending the transactional links and notifications that make Schedule's Up work (for example, asking an employee to submit availability or letting staff view a posted schedule). We also use the limited usage and diagnostic information described above to understand and improve the service and our marketing.
SMS / mobile messaging
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that perform support services for us — such as our SMS and email delivery providers — is permitted solely so we can operate the service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies based on how your business uses Schedule's Up — for example, when a manager requests availability or publishes a schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from your work schedule; contact your manager for alternatives. The staff SMS opt-in process is documented at https://schedulesup.com/messaging.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run and understand Schedule's Up (including hosting, database, SMS/email delivery, analytics, and operational monitoring providers), subject to provider terms, and when required by law. Each business’s data is isolated from every other business’s data.
Data retention & security
We keep information for as long as a business maintains its account, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted passwords and tenant isolation, to protect your data.
Your choices
Managers can edit or delete staff records at any time. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at privacy@schedulesup.com. Schedule's Up is not directed to children under 16.
